How can I get a copy of the site for personal use in simple html form?

https://github.com/minlexx/whdbx_web/blob/master/INSTALL.md but nowadays without compiling python3.6 and without installing nginx, just run python script locally as described

Oh... I'm so far away from this programming, :( I won't be able to do it, any chance of getting you to help run the site locally?
