Allow either <!-- -> or the default Mint comment style inside the html

The default comments /* */ should work in HTML already: https://github.com/mint-lang/mint/blob/master/spec/formatters/html_with_comments

ah yes - maybe I hadn't updated or something - but seems to work fine :)
