Reduce docker image size #257

Tracking issue for the size reduction of the docker image.

The last official release – v0.7.0 was 84.58 MB (compressed).

Since then, #212 merged which increased the size further to 164 MB.

Over the series of a couple of patches, I've been reducing it further and further.
