Same here. Happens with the 1.4.1 release, but not 1.4.0. Any updates on what's going on?

Hi sorry for the slow reply, was not able to work on Mirador during the last few months... I can confirm this error happening on Windows 10 as well. Will try to fix asap!

I have been working on release 1.4.2 that fixes the crash on windows, in addition to other fixes and improvements. I will upload it shortly.
