Add parliament and position as linked header

While the menu already shows the country and position, it would be nice if the parliament and position also were shown as a sort of header between the menu and the zoom instructions. It would also be great if those were linked to the respective Wikidata items so that it would be easier to learn more about them or to start adding/fixing data easier.

Good idea! I added a simple link to the Wikidata position item for now. I'll add something more informative and descriptive when I get the time.
