Adding a Carousel to a Content type

Hello, I am setting up a test site. Could some more details be provided on how to create a page with a Carousel.

The README says:

The feature adds a node view mode for carousel items.

For each content type you will need to set the display settings for Carousel as follows and a configuration page. How does one get to this page from the Drupal Admin menu:
