Four URI fragments (#) in the README do not scroll to the correct content

The overview links for CERT-XLM, DFRLab-dichotomies-of-disinformation, DML, and PAP taxonomies do not point to the correct sections on the webpage because the ID attribute used is case sensitive and all ids defined on the webpage use only lowercase characters.
