You will need to clone the tensorflow repository into the project folder for this notebook to work properly.
cd tensorflow-reports
git clone git@github.com:tensorflow/tensorflow.git
This notebook has been tested on Linux only, not Windows or Mac.
Until the workflow is better automated, for now, each run should be committed such that it indicates the latest commit in the tensorflow repository.
To reproduce analysis results, check out the tensorflow SHA indicated in the corresponding commit for this repository and run the R Notebook.
