Summary

Hidden network (TOR, I2P etc...) Fediverse instances lack correct SSL certificates fro obvious reasons. This causes Misskey unable to federate with them (using local proxy such as Privoxy allows us to load media from such networks, but does not allow to federate).

The proposal is to allow disabling SSL for .i2p and .onion domains.
