Summary

使っている人をあまり見かけない
ページの画像にセンシティブをつけられるようになった
enhance(frontend): データセーバーモードで隠れる画像を増やす等 #11806
ページでは画像の順番を入れ替えられるので、以下のIssueを解決できる
ギャラリー編集で画像をソートできるようにする #11220

ので、既存のギャラリーをページに変換して統合してもいい気がした（マイグレーションが大変そう）

現状の「動的ページのレガシー表示」みたいに別枠でギャラリー用オブジェクトを用意するとか

（移行案）

公開されていたギャラリーはすべて非公開になる
（非公開ステータスになるというよりかは、UIと他ユーザーが中身を見るための公開APIが全部消し飛ぶ）
ギャラリーのデータは消えない
自分のプロフィールのギャラリータブだけは残り、一覧だけは見れる
けど中身を見たり編集したりはできない。削除とページへの変換だけはできる
ページに変換するときにギャラリーを削除することができるようにしておく
