After upgrading from 12.95.0 to 12.119.0, the page cannot be displayed.

🥰 Expected Behavior

Successfully upgraded and displayed normally

🤬 Actual Behavior

After the splash image is displayed, the page is empty and nothing will be loaded.

📝 Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate data from old servers
2. Decompress data on the new server
3. Start with the docker compose up - d command

Misskey version: 12.119.0 (Upgraded from 12.95.0)
Your OS: Windows 11 (22621.755)
Your browser: MS Edge 106.0.1370.52

There is no error prompt. Just flash the splash image and it's blank.

Upgrade route:

12.95.0 --> 12.109.1 --> 12.112.1 --> 12.116.1 --> 12.118.1 -> 12.119.0
