When the language preference is changed, (say from English to Spanish or vice-versa), reload happens, and it takes us to 'My Projects' section. Now when you start a new project, and you already have some older projects, instead of just showing the 'New Project' dialogue it automatically opens up the last edited project. Some welcome dialogues also appear on top of the existing 'New Project' dialogue.

NOTE: This behaviour is observed only for the first time after the auto-reloading of AppInventor.

I suppose this is unexpected behaviour.

This sounds like it is potentially a symptom of a slow Internet connection or a really large project. When you log in, we read the last opened project ID from your user settings and then open that project. This should be pretty quick, and wouldn't necessarily give time to open the New Project Dialog before that transition occurs. However, if it takes a long time to load the project from the server, I can imagine that it would be possible for the user to open the new project dialog or start a new project. Would you mind reformatting your issue to include a step-by-step sequence that we can use to reproduce this?
