Since SaO2 column in the VitalPeriodic Table captures SpO2 values(pulse oximetry), where can I find the SaO2(Arterial Blood gas values)? II need to create a table with both of these two variables. Please let me know. Thank you!

We are currently working on the same problem for a datathon. Although there is an oxygen saturation item in the lab table, there is no information whether it is venous or arterial. So you would have do create your own logic on which values to accept or discard.
