Subtask of #3

There is currently no direct referenced to any documentation to help set up the canvas integration and define how to use it.

We should take a look at some older/initial PRs to set up the canvas integration plugin and combine all the useful information into a CANVAS_README.rst file.

Some of the PRs description/testing instructions to take a look at while working on this are mitodl/edx-platform#169 & mitodl/edx-platform#172.
