Populate legend color picker with suggested colors present in table #33

The color picker should have suggested (preset) colors populated from the table.

include all manually assigned colors
include gradient steps if the user has assigned a score to any technique.

The legend now includes gradient steps and the colors from the preset background list. Pushed to develop.
