Scoring gradient is not restored from layer #597

The scoring gradient defined in a layer file is not restored on upload if the user upgrades the layer's ATT&CK version.

Steps to reproduce:

Upload a layer with a custom scoring gradient and an outdated ATT&CK version
Select "yes" on the "upgrade layer version" dialog
Custom scoring gradient is not restored in the "scoring gradient" interface
