I think it would be helpful to use a Github issue tracker (like this one) to track requested changes, questions, submission, issues with the ATT&CK framework.

For now, please submit all feedback (suggestions/questions/etc.) about the ATT&CK framework to attack@mitre.org. This repo is just hosting a STIX-ified representation of ATT&CK, but is not the canonical data source (though if you see errors in the STIX-ification, by all means we'd appreciate knowing about them 😀 ).
