Add Search Bar for Blog #8

Add a search bar, similar to the header, for the blog articles in order to search through our blog post content.

This will make it easier to navigate through our content down the line when we have a large amount of posts to scroll through.

According to how our URLs are structured it makes sense to structure searching on titles, date, and tags.
