Fallible Iteration

Now that iterators are a thing, some operations would be nice to make lazy. However unfortunately some of those operations can fail but the iteration interface really only makes infallible iteration possible. An example of this are filters such as |select. Today these can fail, but that's not an issue since they buffer into a vector.
