Change function name of swe_houses_pos to swe_house_pos #80

I found a typo in one of the function names.

Namely: the function which is called swe_house_pos in the official Swiss Ephemeris is called swe_houses_pos in this library.

Definition in this library: https://github.com/mivion/swisseph/blob/master/src/house.h#L120 (The name is correct in the comment but in the code it has an additional "s" which should be removed)
