fails to work new html5 tags section and header #4

I'm attempting to scrape a page that is using new HTML5 tags section and header. But the scraper seems to fail whenever the rule involves either of these tags. I assume this is an issue with one of the underlying HTML parsing libraries, maybe HTML::TreeBuilder?
