awsパッケージが出来て、このパッケージでsecure tunnelingのプロトコルに関するものを実装することにした。
awsパッケージはserver / clientに関わらず使えるものを置く方針にする。
doc.goに記載する。

AWSClientという表現が、ここで正しいかどうか？awsパッケージあんのにclientパッケージにAWSClientって微妙ではないか？ということから起票している。
