貼り付け先のプロセス定期監視を止める #1

問題

タイミングによって貼り付け先のプロセスにアクセスできないことがある。
結果、頻繁にクリップボードの監視が解除されてしまう。

対応

定期監視を止める。
画像を貼り付けるときにプロセスチェック→プロセスが見つからない場合に監視解除に変更。
