addMarketListener event options

I can't find anything in their documentation about what the valid event types are aside from message. Same thing for addTradingListener. Any documentation on this would be a great help.

@alexwasner I'm not 100% on this but I don't think there are any aside from open, which is probably exactly what you'd imagine it is -- it executes when the socket connection is opened.
