Why there is no player.stop function exposed in the library? #5

In my app I need to stop the player and change the data source and play it again.

I don't want to release and recreate a new mediaplayer for this, so I think calling stop function and changing the data source and playing the new file would be best and it won't waste any resources in recreation of new instance of mediaplayer.

Suggestions?
