I'll put it on the roadmap. But it may take some time to implement this.

This is one of multiple tasks that require a new, more flexible format for the project files. I already started working on this, but I need some more time to get it working properly.

I'll try to finish this asap.

I think this link could be useful for obfuscating Xamarin.Android and maybe Xamarin.iOS
