Remove guessing from queryfontmetrics

Currently, queryfontmetrics 'guesses' whether to do a multi line bounding box or not depending on the content, when the parameter is not passed in.

Having code guess is bad.

In the next appropriate version we should deprecate that guessing, and instead either make the parameter be required, or just separate the two functions (multi-line and single line).
