When repo is installed in a non-standard path, "ck renew repo" command moves it to standard path #85

We should preserve original installation repo path for command "ck renew repo". It's a rare and minor issue though.

To reproduce, add some repo to a non-standard path via

$ ck add repo:{some repo} --path={some path}
$ ck renew repo:{some repo}
