create GH pages with the descriptions of each supply chain example

TBH: I really really like this repository because it gives us very detailed examples about each topic but searching through the code samples is really hard for finding and also understanding the content that you are looking for.

@developer-guy I definitely agree with you that it can be kind of involved to search and find the code samples needed to run, Ive been working with @mlieberman85 and @pxp928 to abstract some of the run scripts to make it a bit more easily digestible. Do you have any ideas to make the examples easier to use for broader by-in from the community?

I will update this repo to make clear it's been deprecated in favor of the other one. A lot of clean up has to be done on the other one.
