I can't get it to successfully unroll even simple swiss roll problems. I suspect this is related to #188, or, it may be that my implementation of the MVU objective function is incorrect.

I've made progress, and I think it may converge for very simple cases, but I'm not certain yet. Pushing this back to a later release.

I have been unable to resolve this so I am closing it wontfix. The code is in trunk still (although I may remove it in the future), but comments are provided to note that it does not work, and it is not compiled into mlpack.
