Once MLPACK is accepted into the Fedora repositories (#215), we'll need to keep an eye on it to make sure it gets into the RHEL EPEL repositories. This ticket is created as a reminder that even once the Fedora package is done, this may not be done yet, and there may be a little more that has to happen before MLPACK is in EPEL.

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/armadillo-3.4.4-1.el6 shows Armadillo as pending into EPEL6 stable. It will take two weeks before it goes stable, and then I can submit mlpack for testing (which will take another two weeks to go stable); then, this can be resolved.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=843997 shows that mlpack 1.0.3 is now in EPEL6.
