In ffmpeg, we can specify stream ids as -streamid 0:2064 -streamid 1:2068. Could not locate an option to change default ids in melt.

No one has volunteered to do this, and this is not a bug. Provide a patch or pull request if you want this. Closing this due to inactivity.
