Wrap everything in #if TARGET_OS_MACCATALYST #1

Hi,

If you wrap all classes in #if TARGET_OS_MACCATALYST #endif the classes will compile even when targeting iOS. This way you can support universal binary projects.

Hi, I would rather not wrap them in #if at this point in time.
