Not able to conncet to public network from private subnet

As you mentioned that we have to use separate NAT for each private subnet to connect with the public network, and according to my understanding you already set it up in the private subnet, as well mentioned above in the template to uncomment properties to use a public network.
I am not clear about this thing in this template you already set the NAT or do I have to set it?
