Amazing tool! But how can I show milliseconds?

Hello I want to use this on my app, but how will I make the timer show milliseconds?

show milliseconds meaning run with the accuracy of milliseconds? Because NSTimers by apple design has error rages in the milliseconds and so trying to run with that type of accuracy will most likely give incorrect results and false positives/negatives on events and ticks and etc.
