Can’t use the app

After going into the app, it says bike found, but I can’t turn on the switch beside this text. I don’t run the cowboy app in the background. I have tried this with an already unlocked and with unlocked bike, it doesn’t work either way

Was my fault!! I got a new phone and the bike didn’t correctly connect with the phone 🙃🤦🏻‍♂️
