BUG: alpha and view parameter does not appear to work #42

brain = Brain(subject_id, subjects_dir=subjects_dir,
              hemi='both', surf=surf, alpha=.1,
              size=500, views=['lateral'], background='w')

does not plot a transparent brain, neither does it orient the brain correctly
