I just noticed that this repo isn't intended to be updated. Sorry :) If anyone is interested, https://github.com/aedancullen/neural-networks-and-deep-learning/ is compatible with the latest Theano and works out-of-the-box. |

These are the basic modifications needed for
network3.pyto be compatible with the latest Theano 0.9.0 (whichpipwill automatically install right now). Possibly a mention should also be added to the README about Theano moving towards a new GPU backend (more details at http://deeplearning.net/software/theano/tutorial/using_gpu.html).
