- skia decoder->decode returned false
- Means that the bitmap can't be decoded (nothing to do with TileView), because of the format of the image. This is very common if, for example, an image is saved in CMYK instead of RGB. It can also happen when downloading image data over HTTP - search for "FlushedInputStream" for workarounds.
