• run "npm install"
• run "npm run dev" localhost:5000/todoApp

application context root todoApp swagger url after running dev/start localhost:5000/todoApp/swagger

the task:

• create an angular application that consumes the apis in todoApps

• allow user to add taks

• update tasks

• delete tasks

• note : do not concern yourself with styling or routes

the html template is called todo.html
