activate/deactivate shortcut mode #12

the shortcut mode is on by default
but make it possible to toggle the mode (standby mode)

there should be three activation modes

standby: at this mode, the only shortcut works is the "activation" shortcut
permanent activation: listening to all shortcuts, as well as the "deactivation"
temporary activation: at this mode, the activation mode will turn off as soon as a shortcut got executed.
