Why doesn't monitor-example.py run?

sudo python3 monitor-example.py /dev/ttyUSB0 9600

output:

[INFO] [OnlineMonitor]: Enable collection: LTE_RRC_OTA_Packet

Segmentation fault

same problem.
update: for me, using python3.8 solves the problem. There are distinct discompatibility for higher version of python.
