It's not officially supported, but some users have reported success with Mosh on Cygwin.

You can also install the OpenSSH server on Cygwin, which means you might be able to log in to a Windows machine using Mosh. I don't know if anyone has tried this.

I think that @TheEyes used to run OpenSSH on Windows, but I don't know did he use Cygwin.

And why would you use Windows server?

Seeing as there isn't even an officially supported windows client as it were I don't see why they would even be considering a Windows server...

The current Mosh 1.2 release candidate officially supports building from source on Cygwin. Please try it and report back with any problems.

We believe Mosh 1.2 works on Cygwin, so I'm closing this issue. Please open new tickets for any bugs you encounter.
