ChromeSocketsTcp.h not found in iOS project

I have the source code of a chrome app and I was following the below link https://developer.chrome.com/apps/chrome_apps_on_mobile, i used cca create YourApp --link-to=path/to/manifest.json
to create a project and I am getting this error.

Uninstalling cordova-plugin-chrome-apps-sockets-tcp from ios
Removing "cordova-plugin-chrome-apps-sockets-tcp"
