Look like incorrect board settings.

If you select board in IDE as Generic ESP8266 Module, you need set the flash size matches to your board.

It's not what you understand.

The MMU setting is for memory management. If you don't have external SRAM connected, select other options. Read it carefully.

You should select option 3 for internal RAM.

I test with the same your board settings and don't found any issue.

Change your USB cable and use shorter length cable as your board voltage is weak during inrush of high current consumption due to server connection.

I changed USB cable to shorter length or changed power to swiching 5V3 but it still not work.

I don't know and have no idea, my testing Wemos D1 mini pro device is running fine even set the setting as yours.
