numpy.core.multiarray failed to import (version 2021.3.6.15.24.2)

Many thanks for providing such excellent python lib.

I just run into a dependence issue on numpy-quaternion 2021.3.6.15.24.2

stack dump:

ImportError: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import

once i switch back to elder version, numpy-quaternion==2020.11.2.17.0.49, everything is fine.

So, I guess something wrong with the dependence.
