At the OCaml compiler hacking session, we spent quite a bit of time to try to use datakit-ci locally, without using the GH. Good news, we managed to do it. Bad news, it was not so easy :-)

We should review the workflow and make it a bit easier. But that's pretty great to test local packages :-)
