mockkObject not working in Maven

Hello.

This ticket is in reality a continuation of #1235 where mockkObject has been used to fix it.
The weird behaviour now is that when the tests run in IntelliJ they pass correctly, but not when they run in Maven.
I've attached a remote debugger to the Surfire process and I can see that the object is not being mocked when the test runs within Maven.

Do you have any idea why is this happening?
