no LR toolbar button in Safari 5.1 w/ livereload v1.6.2 #95

I'm running Safari Version 5.1 (6534.50) on MacOS 10.6.8 and after installing the livereload v1.6.2 extension there is no LR button available to drag into the toolbar

We've never made one. Maybe we should.

LR Safari extension enables via context menu:
