FundamentalWave: orientation of rotor currents

The orientation of rotor currents is wrong:
AIMC.rotorCage, AIMS.rotor, SMxx.rotorCage
Should be fixed together with #1223.
Should be fixed for MSL 3.2, too.

  of the induction and synchronous machines are NOT equal but shall be equal. This is a bug and shall be corrected.

Unification of implementations with correct signs of all rotor currents. This applies to induction and synchronous machines. Changes have been applied to the transient and the quasi static FundamentalWave library. A backwards compatible alias variable has been added for the rotor currents of the squirrel cage model of the Machines library.

The applied changes 9bbd031 in the transient and quasi static FundamentalWave packages are bug fixes.
